Last month, on this blog, we wrote about mushrooms: types, recipes and combinations of any kind. This time we want to suggest you directly a course!

The beef fillet with seasonal mushrooms and black truffle is a speciality of Centrale Restaurant: we personally choose every ingredient, starting with the meat cut. Being seasonal, the mushrooms you will find are going to change according to the period: it’s very likely that now you can find porcini or chiodini mushrooms, two well-known and tasty varieties. As for the truffle, the black one is always a good choice: with his unique smell, this special fungus fits perfectly the red meat dishes. If you like to add a side dish, in the menù you will find baked or fried potatoes, or maybe a mixed salad. Otherwise, everyday we offer a side dish of the day according to the season.
