Our homemade fettuccine with lobster

Our homemade fettuccine with lobster is one of the best dishes to begin with at table with good company.

The fettuccine are a kind of egg pasta typical of the centre and the north of Italy, but loved in every corner of the peninsula and also abroad. From a simple mixture of flour and fresh eggs, you get a dough about 1 millimetre thick or 2, if you like it thicker. The cut phase of the dough into single stripes is fundamental in the denomination of the pasta: they are called tagliatelle or fettuccine if they are 3-4 millimetres thick and pappardelle between 5-6 millimetres.

We want to offer you a different alternative to the typical Bolognese sauce: our homemade fettuccine with lobster. We combine one of our favourite pasta with a good sauce of tomato and juicy meat of lobster with a sprinkle of chopped parsley as the finishing touch.
